You will be guided through the city of Athens, seeing among others the Panathenian Stadium (made out of marble) where the first Olympic Games of modern times took place in 1896 (stop), the old and the new Parliament buildings, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier (stop) guarded by the Evzones in their characteristic traditional uniform and watch the Change of the Guards, as well as all major sites in Athens.

 

On the Acropolis Hill during the guided tour you will admire unique architectural masterpieces: the Propylea, the Temple of Apteros Nike, the Erechthion and the Parthenon.  You will also visit on your own the Museum of Acropolis.

 

After the visit at the Acropolis you will have the opportunity to enjoy a three course lunch.
