The Symposium will be held at the five-star Divani Caravel Hotel, www.divanicaravel.gr in central Athens.  All requests for accommodation can be done using the online registration form or by contacting the Congress Secretariat.

The above rates are per room per night and include breakfast and all taxes.

 

Requests for accommodation are made by email to Mr. Petros Damvakerakis.   For reservations to be valid a 50% deposit of the final cost is required.  Full payment must be made by 15th May 2006.

Cancellation Policy

A. Registrations are non refundable.

B. Hotel Accommodation:

    Cancellations will only be accepted in writing to the Congress Secretariat

 

    Written cancellation received by March 30th, 2006:     No cancellation fee minus € 50 for administration cost

 

    Written cancellation received by May 15th, 2006:     50% cancellation fees of the total cost applies

 

    Written cancellation received after May 15th, 2006:     No cancellations will be applicable
